Rumors surfaced Saturday about Jay Leno retiring from The Tonight Show in 2014 and Jimmy Fallon taking his place. Has anything more come to light to lend truth to these rumors?

Jay Leno has become a late night talk show legend. Many fans will hate to see him go. If anyone can replace him, however, and keep The Tonight Show going, it's Jimmy Fallon. If all of this is true, NBC is likely working on Tina Fey at this very moment to fill Fallon's spot, in an effort to keep Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'Brien and other late night hosts from usurping the ratings Fallon has earned the network since his debut on late night TV in 2009.
