Hi, What if the referendum does not take place, or the result is deemed invalid/against the law by current regional authorities in Crimea or government in Kiiv?
The question will be voided if the referendum does not take place. But as long as results are made public, this question will be settled on that information - regardless how, when or if at all the results are being implemented.
