Have removed Group A - cannot win

My entirely unofficial calculations show that after two games by each team:

Group A: 9 goals
Group B: 17 goals *MOST*
Group C: 9 goals
Group D: 11 goals
Group E: 16 goals
Group F: 5 goals *FEWEST*
Group G: 15 goals
Group B: 12 goals

… but it's close at the top
