Lil Wayne is in critical condition in the intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles after suffering another seizure, TMZ reports.

The website reports that, as of late Friday, the rapper is being prepared for his last rites and his mother is en route to Los Angeles to decide whether or not to discontinue life support.

The news comes one day after TMZ reported that Lil Wayne had been hospitalized late Tuesday and released early Wednesday after he suffered multiple seizures. However, he was found on the floor of his hotel room unconscious by one of his bodyguards hours later. Prior to Tuesday, he had been hospitalized for seizures back in October.

Wayne was rushed to the hospital again and taken to ICU, where he had to be placed in restraints because he was shaking uncontrollably. He has since been placed in an induced coma and is breathing through tubes.

Sources tell the website that Wayne binged on Sizzurp — a term for cough syrup mized with Sprite or Mountain Dew and pieces of Jolly Rancher candy — after he was released from the hospital Wednesday. Doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system and his stomach had to be pumped three times to flush the drugs out of his system.
