Background

We've heard of Dow Poker, but that's too hard for me so I thought I'd do something easier :) The winning option will be the one that is closest to the arithmetic mean of all the digits. For example, if the DJIA at end of trading was 12381.11, the arithmetic mean of all the digits would be (1+2+3+8+1+1+1)/7 = 2.43, and the winning option would be "2 or less". Good luck!

The Dow at close of the 12th of April was 12263.58 (1+2+2+6+3+5+8)/7=27/7=3.85, which rounds to 4
