A tradgedy where 40 or more inmates lose their lives.
In Honduras a fire started in a prison Tuesday and almost 400 people were burned to death. On Sunday, today, a riot broke out in a prison in Monterrey, Mexico and 44 inmates were killed. Will there be another prison tragedy by March 19, 2012 (includes 3/19/12) whereby 40 or more inmates lose their lives? The prisons south of the U.S. border are not built to any safety standards and the guards staffing them are less than perfect people. Are we starting to see a trend?
