Prices are starting to rise at the pump again. Every seven days the United States Energy Information Administration releases data which shows where our energy costs stand. The current National Average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline is $3.532. The next report will come out on Feb. 21, 2012. What will the price per gallon be?
