After six months of uncertainty surrounding the marriage status of Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa, the famous couple might be leaning towards calling off the divorce that was filed back in December.
TMZ.com reported on June 12 that Kobe and his wife Vanessa are working on reconciling:

“Under California law, Vanessa has to wait 6 months before she can file final docs making the divorce official. The 6-month mark hits this weekend, so Vanessa could end the marriage as early as Monday ... but we know she won't.”
Before the 2011-12 NBA season got underway on Christmas Day, reports started to surface about Vanessa filing for divorce with Los Angeles Lakers’ superstar Kobe Bryant. After a little over decade of marriage and numerous acts of infidelity committed by Kobe, Vanessa had enough and officially filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
Despite the initial shock of a divorce on the horizon for the five-time NBA champion, the news of Vanessa filing for divorce didn’t surprise many after learning of Kobe supposedly sleeping with over 100 women over the last 10 years. With Kobe’s infidelities coming to light, the perennial All-Star was demonized in the city of Los Angeles once again with the consensus being that he failed to learn from his enormous mistake when accused of rape back in 2003 by a woman in Colorado.
With the six-month mark around the corner for the famous couple’s divorce to be final, the two sides seem to be ready to try and make things work.
Over the past six months, Kobe and Vanessa have been seen together all across town in L.A. in an effort to keep this marriage alive. Despite their best efforts to stay together, Kobe has yet to move back in with his wife and two children.
The marriage may ultimately be a bust for the Bryant’s, but in the meantime it seems as though reconciliation is in the works and Kobe may indeed stay a married man.

Kobe Bryant is making a full court press to save his marriage ... and has sworn up and down to Vanessa he will never stray again if she takes him back.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Kobe has "aggressively" pursued Vanessa over the last three weeks, and she's been receptive. We're told Vanessa tends to believe Kobe, but still isn't sure the marriage can be resurrected.
And then there's the subject of lavish gifts. We're told Kobe has given Vanessa a very expensive piece of jewelry. We don't know the price, nor do we know how it compares to the $4 million ring she scored after Kobe's infamous dalliance a few years back.
As for whether they will drop the divorce, we're told they are working on a reconciliation. Several sources very familiar with the couple told us at the time Vanessa filed legal docs not to be surprised if the papers are withdrawn ... because they both really love each other.
