I'm not a 1st year law student but, why was she suspended?, and how did this fall between the cracks? Any 1st year law student knows that if you are suspended and on full salary, you go home, cash your paychecks as they come in, and if they forget they suspended you, don't shake the tree.

She did nothing wrong to be charged with a crime for. However she did receive compensation for work that was never performed which should be a civil matter handled in a civil court, not a criminal court. Any 1st year law student knows that.
