LOS ANGELES -- A 96-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing his elderly wife in West Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles County coroner's office identified the victim Sunday as 80-year-old Anne Goldner Weiss.
The woman's body was found by a neighbor. Police say she suffered blunt force trauma.
Her husband, Milton Weiss, was arrested and faces murder charges.
Police say there is no apparent motive for the slaying and that the man may suffer from dementia.
A neighbor tells KABC-TV that Milton Weiss had been having health problems recently.
